EBTKS Challenge 22 & 2S4Y Sketch 60

I combined Everything But the Kitchen Sink's Challenge 22: Hair Accessories...

with 2 Sketches 4 You's Sketch 60...

to bring you all this sweet, little, papercrafty take for today.

I started this card by making that fun, little, fabric flower according to Melissa's Rounded Petal Fabric Flower tutorial.

A circle of felt was, then, stitched to its backside; and a hair clip, which I covered in 3/8", pink, grosgrain ribbon, was adhered with Fabri-Fix.

I, then, pieced together the patterned papers; machine stitched, white-threaded, zig-zag stitches, between their connections; punched the green, patterned papers across the top and bottom edges; and adhered the prepped piece to the Pink Passion, cardstock, card face.

A bunched length of Certainly Celery ribbon was, then, adhered, with Terrifically Tacky Tape, across the center of the card face.  The stamped, in Pink Passion ink, on white cardstock, "from me to you", sentiment strip was the final piece added...

before cutting a small slit, through all layers of the card face, and attaching the flower clip.
