PDCC61

Good morning to you!  I have a simple, little, mini card, that I made for my nephew, Hunter's, birthday, which just so happens to have been yesterday, for you all, today.
I started, his card, by stamping the snowflakes, in Moonlight White ink, on a piece of Pacific Point cardstock; machine stitching a white-threaded, straight-stitch frame around its edges...
clear embossing the "Hope your day is magical" sentiment, just inside the stitched frame, in the bottom center...
and adhering it to the Crumb Cake, cardstock, card face.  I, then, wrapped a length of burgundy, velvet ribbon, around the card face, just above the sentiment...
and secured it, to the right side of the card face, with a length of hemp twine, laced through a snowflake, glitter button and tied in a bow, to complete the look.
My inspiration, for this card, came from The Play Date Cafe's Challenge #61.
Oh!  And I just have to tell you all the sweetest, little story, before I run.  When Hunter was opening his card's envelope, ever so carefully, he whispered to one of my nieces, "She makes the bestest cards ever!"  Awe, gotta love him ;)!  Happy birthday, Hunter!  I hope that, even though you celebrated your birthday weeks ago, you, still, had a super, awesome, real birthday!  Love you so much!  Thanks for peeking in, and have a wonderful day, everyone!
