Pome on the Range

Monday, September 6, 2010

Today, we had such a fabulously fun day having BJ home and picking apples at Pome on the Range with our good friends the Stamper's.
We, always, look forward to this annual trip of ours; and this time, it was no different.  We, of course, picked apples...
and ate apples.
We, also, played in the orchard...
talked about life; swapped homeschooling secrets; discussed Juice Plus (which I think I'm going to give a try, unless I hear something, really, bad about it, before Wednesday, when the consultant is supposed to give me a call.); learned more about the Stampers' future, missionary adventures; fed the ducks, while enjoying scrumptious, apple slushies...
had a yummy, picnic lunch; and in general, just enjoyed one another's company.
Thanks for keeping us company, Scott, Tammy, Emma, Ryan, Leah, and Mya.  Oh!  And in case you're wondering what 80 pounds of Johnathan apples looks like...
there you have it!  And one more thing!  I'd love for you all to run on over to Stacey's Stamping StageThis card made her Act 45 Top 5 Show Stopper.
Yippeee!  Thanks, Stacey!  Those colors were fabulous!
