Wee Memories Tutti Frutti Challenge & VSWCMD5

I combined Wee Memories' Scrappy Saturday Challenge: Tutti Frutti...
with Verve's World Card Making Day Release Challenges: Sketch 5 to bring you all my papercrafty take for the day.
Here's what I came up with.
I started this card by stamping soft polka dots, in Moonlight White ink, on the Daffodil Delight, cardstock, card face and distressing its edges with Tea Dye and Antique Linen inks.
I, then, layered, vertically, from left to right, a length of artisan tape; a strip of red, apple, patterned paper, which I also, machine stitched into place with white-threaded, straight stitches, running over onto the card face itself; a strip of Old Olive cardstock; and a strip of red, polka dot, patterned paper, which was, also, machine stitched into place with white-threaded stitches but this time with zig-zag stitches.
A piece of apple, lace cardstock was, then, adhered, at an angle, over all layers.  The "to You from me" sentiment was stamped, in Real Red ink, on a piece of punched, down its left side, white cardstock, which had, also, been given embossed, notebook lines and distressed with Tea Dye and Antique Linen inks.
Finally, I adhered an embellished, apple, circle tag, with dimensionals, to complete the look.  It was made by stamping the apple image in Real Red, Old Olive, and Chocolate Chip inks, on white cardstock; glittering it; hand cutting it out; adhering it, with dimensionals, to a punched, scallop circle of orange and red, polka dot, patterned paper, which was adhered in the center of a Cricut-cut, Real Red, cardstock circle; and tying a length of sheer, white, polka dot ribbon, in a dressy bow, through a punched hole in the top of the apple tag.
Hope you're all having a fantastic Thursday!  Thanks so much for visiting me!
