Scrappy Saturday Challenge #39

Note:  If you've come here looking for Wplus9 Design's Color Cue {11}, please scroll down.  It's a beauty!

So glad to have you here visiting for Wee Memories' Scrappy Saturday Challenge #39: For the Love of Ribbon.
Our sponsor, for this week, is May Arts with two, ribbon, prize packages up for grabs.  Yep!  There'll be two winners this week!  Yihoo!
I cannot tell you how much fun this one was for me!  Check it out!
I started, this card, by adhering lots of lengths of a variety of ribbons, a couple of which are from none other than our sponsor for this week, near the top of a piece of Whisper White cardstock, vertically, and wrapping their ends under the bottom edge of the cardstock.
I, then, wrapped a length of sheer, white, polka dot ribbon, horizontally, around the prepped piece, just below center and tied it, in a bow, just to the left of a punched, from Whisper White cardstock, label, which was stamped, in Pink Pirouette ink, with the "Thanks" sentiment.
A bold, yellow, vintage broach was adhered over the label's top right corner...
just before the entire prepped piece was adhered, with dimensionals, to the Pink Pirouette, cardstock, card face, to complete the look.
The inspiration, for this card, came from Jay Gee's Nook's Challenge #3.
Now, it's your turn.  Let's see what you can do with ribbon!  You have until Friday, January 21, 2011, at 11:59 pm PST, to link up your entries!  Have fun, and thanks, as always, for stopping by!  And don't forget to stop by the Wee Memories' challenge link above to check out what all the other designers have been up to.  You can, also, find all their links in my left sidebar.  Thanks, again!
