I started this card by die-cutting the trio of clouds from a piece of ink distressed, Oatmeal cardstock and trimming its bottom edge with six strips of crape paper, layered one on top of the other and secured, down their horizontal centers, with white-threaded, zig-zag, machine stitches, tied off, to the front of the card face, at either end. I then cut them, vertically, from their horizontal ends to the inside stitching, every little bit. No measuring here, folks. I just snipped away.
The negative cloud images were then backed with various, turquoise, patterned papers, before the entire thing was framed with Ruby Red cardstock and adhered to the Kraft, cardstock, card face. The "Thanks" sentiment was stamped, in Jet Black ink, on a White, cardstock, banner die cut; adhered, in its respective location, hanging off the right edge of the card face; and anchored, at its left end, with a red, dimensional butterfly, trailing both hemp twine and Baker's Twine bows and boasting more of those clear gemstones, qualifying this creation for the Use 10 Embellishments Challenge in the Moxie Fab World.
Thanks so much for peeking in, and have a super, blessed Wednesday, y'all!
