Note: If you've come here looking for my Paper Sweeties Sketch Inspiration #6 post, please scroll down.

I'm just thrilled to be here today Guest Designing with one of my absolute favorite challenge blogs, ScrapFriends.
And boy, has Angela cooked up a fabulous sketch to get your creative juices flowing this month!  Here's my take.
I started this page by anchoring strips and bits of patterned paper heavy on the right side of the aqua, diamond, base page, with black-threaded, straight, machine stitches.  I then stamped a couple of rows of varying, mail lines in both Riding Hood Red and Jet Black inks, before adhering my photo, which was matted with Whisper White cardstock, in the center of the angle of the patterned, paper strips.  A vintage, check stub; sheet of red, bike transparency; hand-cut, from patterned paper, tag, which was also laced with a hemp twine bow; and bit of cheesecloth were tucked under the photo's left side...
and a kraft envelope; spool top sticker; die-cut, "sent with love", circle title, which also received a dose of my favorite glitter; coral, journaling tag, which reads, You just love to get pkgs. in the mail, esp. from Brett and Ella; file folder, sticker tab, labeled 12.19.12; and clump of white string round out the right side.
To ground the photo, I tucked a hand-cut, from patterned paper, arrow under its bottom edge and further dressed it up with a stamped, in Jet Black ink, on vellum, "sent with love" phrase, which was secured at its left edge with a woodgrain button, laced with hemp twine, as well as a "KEEP THIS.", cardstock sticker.
The top of the photo boasts two, different, trendy, word bubbles.  The first was Cameo-cut from Riding Hood Red cardstock and glittered.  It also had a red, star sticker stuck to its top edge; and the second is sticky-back chipboard, stamped, in Jet Black ink, with the "PLEASE DELIVER TO" phrase.  A handful of aqua, enamel dots completes the look.
Here's the fantastic Sketch Challenge #12 that inspired it all.
Please be sure to stop by the ScrapFriends Blog link above to not only check out all the challenge details, but also to see the gorgeous pages the Design Team has whipped up.  Thanks for having me, ladies!  And thanks, to you all, as always, for stopping by!  Have a wonderful week!
