TCM/Perfect Paper Crafting Blog Hop

Welcome to The Craft's Meow/Perfect Paper Crafting Blog Hop, folks!
You should be coming here from Roxie Glaza's Blog, but if you didn't or want to start at the beginning, a complete list of hop participants can be found on the TCM Store Blog.  Each of us TCM designers was lucky enough to receive a Perfect Paper Crafting tool to use on our creations and the Perfect Paper Crafting team a TCM stamp set.  Here's what I've made just for your viewing pleasure.
I started this card by stamping the poinsettia, in Jet Black ink, near the left edge of a piece of aqua, gingham, patterned paper and paper piecing it in red polka dot and green, plaid, patterned papers.  I then used the handy-dandy, Perfect Layers 1 tool to easily surround it with a 1/8", White, cardstock frame, before overlaying it with the "DEC 25" transparency and anchoring said such, to the paper-pieced background, with aqua-threaded, straight, machine stitches.
The "Happy Holidays" sentiment was then stamped, in Real Red ink, in the center of the stamped, in Jet Black ink, on White cardstock, scrolled frame and pieced, over all layers, into its previously-stamped surround.
After adhering the prepped piece, with foam tape, to the Kraft, cardstock, card face, I secured a pearl button, laced with white, chord bows, in the center of the poinsettia, to complete the look.
Further inspiration for this card came from Festive Friday's Challenge #21.
There are two $50 Gift Certificates to be won as a part of this hop... one from Perfect Paper Crafting and one from TCM.  Winners will be randomly selected, by each of the stores, from all comments left on hop.  TCM is also currently having a huge sale on retiring stamp sets, and Perfect Paper Crafting is offering a 5% discount on their tools for any and all hoppers.  The code to enter at checkout is meow5%.  Our hop runs through 12 pm PST on Friday, November 22, 2013.  So, get hopping, friends.  Your next stop is Amy Crockett's Blog.  Have fun, and thanks so much for stopping by!
