Stuck?! September 15th Sketch

Hey, y'all!  It's time for a mid-month challenge from Stuck?! Sketches.  Sadly, this is my final take as a member of the Design Team.  It's time to take a step back, but I want to send out a HUGE thank you to our fearless leader, Laura, for allowing me to overstay my welcome.  I have so enjoyed being on her team and am beyond grateful for all the beautiful pages her sketches have inspired for my albums!

I started this page by smudging Leaf Glimmer Mist near the vertical division of my gray and white, stripe, base page and sprinkling it with more Leaf Glimmer Mist, as well as Bonny Blue, Orchard, and Sunshine Mister Huey's.  I then stamped it, in Daffodil Delight ink, with the vintage burst images and, in Jet Black ink, with the laced circles, before adhering a mix of color-coordinating, patterned papers, along the top edge of the page and behind where my photos would lie, and anchoring many of them with black-threaded, straight, machine stitches.  A length of a teal, fabric scallop and bit of red, polka dot Washi Tape preps the page for pics, which were matted with Whisper White cardstock and adhered in their respective positions.  The "Summer" title was adhered along the vertical center of the page and topped with a "Smile" puffy sticker.

I then began embellishing at the points of origin for a trio of die-cut, patterned paper circles, beginning with a heart, puffy sticker near the bottom of the page.  A camera die cut and chipboard, beach ball ground the bottom left corner of my photo grouping and were dressed up with a number of hand-cut, patterned paper blooms.

A "REMEMBER this..." puffy sticker dresses up the second, die-cut circle...

and the third was used to ground the left edge of a "DOCUMENTED" journaling label, which reads, First summer romp in the sprinkler... May 7, 2014.  A pair of chipboard flip-flips; few more hand-cut, patterned paper blooms; trio of puffy, heart stickers; and sprinkling of yellow, enamel dots complete the look.
