In light of my littlest completing his own potty training successfully, I thought it only fitting to pick our favorite potty training book to share for this month's For the Love of Books post. It is written for children ages two to four and simply illustrated with darling, age-appropriate, crayon-outlined pictures.
Zoo Poo, by Richard Morgan, follows the trail of a toddler, named Charlie, as he visits the zoo to answer the question "how do you doo-doo at the zoo?" From "kangaroos doo-doo while on the hop" to "silly monkeys doo-doo right there on the spot," this book is sure to make its readers smile. And I just love that little Charlie remembers to give his own tips for "how to poo on the pot" at the end of the book. At the same time, there are a number of notable, potty training words of advice, from the author himself, at the beginning of the book.
I hope this book brings a little laughter to the ups and downs of the potty training process in your home. Thanks so much for taking the time to read! XOXO
