Poppystamps: From All of Us

Wednesday, October 26, 2016

Hey, y'all!  I trust you're all having a great week so far.  I'm up again on the Poppystamps blog today, sharing a playful, watercolored card, using a couple of darling stamp sets from the 2016 Holiday Release.  These little critters have been calling my name since the first time I laid eyes on them.  Enjoy!
I started this card by stamping the "merry christmas from all of us" sentiment, as well as all the critters, snowflakes, and Christmas-themed accessories, in Jet Black ink, on a piece of watercolor paper.
I then sat back and had fun watercoloring the entire piece and detailing it with Glossy Accents and Dazzling Diamonds.  Once it was dry, it was framed with Real Red cardstock, as well as white-threaded, straight, machine stitching and wrapped with a length of Baker's Twine, tied in a bow, before being popped off the surface, of the white, cardstock, card face, with foam tape.
Super simple, and perfect for mailing.  Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a wonderful Wednesday, friends!
