I mentioned that it's been super hectic around our place in yesterday's Poppystamps: Give Thanks post. Well, it's been so busy, that I never got the chance to share pictures of my beautiful girl's eighth birthday celebrations back on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. So, if you're up for it, I'd like to do that today. And if not, I'm not offended in the least. It'll be a little creatively quiet around here this week, but I do have a couple of projects coming your way just in time for the weekend. Hope to see you then! Without further adieu, we kept it super simple, just celebrating as a family, with a Little Live Pet from her big brother; lots of "girly" goodies, like lipsticks, body sprays, and even curlers; much-needed, new tennies; and a beautiful bike, just her size, with a helmet to match.
Peaches and Cream Stuffed Cupcakes (a new recipe for me) for dessert. Yum!
Kansas City Zoo. We had a number of other activities on her actual birthday. So, we took the day before off from school; invited some dear friends to come along, too; and made a day of visiting our favorite, furry friends and soaking up the beautiful, fall weather. I'll just let the pictures do the talking.
