I then white-embossed a wide variety of birthday-themed phrases onto a rounded, black cardstock rectangle; smudged it with a hint of White ink to give it more of a chalkboard look; framed it with a gray, woodgrain, patterned print; and popped it up, in the center of the card face, with foam tape.
