Pretty Little Studio: Dream Big, Babe

Saturday, November 3, 2018

Welcome to the weekend, y'all!  We have some special house guests, so I'm just going to get right to the purpose of today's post.  I have a card, showcasing more from the new Savannah Dreams Collection, up on the Pretty Little Studio blog today; and I'd love to share it here, too.  Enjoy!
I started this card by anchoring a piece of the Keeping It Real print, to a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2", white, cardstock, card face, with black-threaded, straight, machine stitching.  I used that same stitching to frame an August 2018 Freebie, which was trimmed with a floral, Best Ever Frame Die-Cut tab; wrapped with a length of Baker's Twine, tied in a bow; and popped off the surface of the prepped, card face with foam tape.
A Floral Fantasy Die-Cut wreath was then popped up, with foam tape, in the top center of the 3x4 pocket card and embellished with a combination of Floral Fantasy and Happy Place Die-Cut blossoms, popped up with foam tape.
The center of the wreath houses the Floral Fantasy Die-Cut "dream BIG babe" sentiment.  A "YES!!  it is time..." Carefree Flair Button was sandwiched between it and the previously-tied, Baker's Twine bow.
A "the fun starts today!" All Together Word Sticker and Happy Place Die-Cut butterfly, both of which were popped up with foam tape, ground the bottom, right corner.  A kiss of glitter for the butterfly and trio of Primrose Mix Sequins complete the look.
Thanks so much for visiting!  Have a blessed weekend, friends!
